Welcome to Posely! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
By uploading, posting, or sharing photos, captions, or other materials through the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content solely for operating, maintaining, and improving the App.
You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to upload or share any material that:
Posely is a photography inspiration platform designed to help users discover, share, and recreate photography poses. To maintain the quality and relevance of the platform, users may only upload content that is related to photography poses involving one or more people.

Posely reserves the right to review, restrict, remove, or disable access to any content that is considered irrelevant to the purpose of the platform or that violates these Terms.
Users who repeatedly upload prohibited or irrelevant content may receive warnings, temporary restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination of their account.
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. Users can report suspicious content, and we may review such reports in good faith and take action at our sole discretion. We do not guarantee action on every report.
Users may report photographs or profiles that appear to violate these Terms, including content that is unrelated to photography poses, inappropriate content, spam, copyright violations, or other suspicious activity. Posely may review reported content and take appropriate action, including content removal or account restrictions.
The App and all materials provided (excluding user-generated content and third-party licensed images) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App may display images and other materials from third-party sources such as Freepik, Unsplash, and Pixabay under their respective licenses. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of such content.

You may delete your account at any time through the App. Upon termination, your rights to use the App will cease immediately, and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including deletion of your uploaded content.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
