Posely ("we", "us", or "our") provides a mobile application that helps users discover and recreate high-quality photography poses using AI-powered pose recommendations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Android app The Posely. By using the App, you agree to the terms described here. Uploaded content may be reviewed through automated systems, user reports, or manual moderation processes to ensure compliance with our Terms & Conditions and community standards.
This information is collected automatically to ensure proper functioning, security, and performance of the App.
We process images you upload or capture in-app solely to generate AI-based pose suggestions. These images are not stored long-term, and they are not used to train or improve AI models beyond providing your requested result. The App also displays images sourced from publicly available and licensed providers such as Freepik, Unsplash, and Pixabay. Those images remain subject to the original providers' licenses and terms.

The App requests only the device permissions needed for the features you choose to use.
You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings (for example, Settings → Apps → Posely → Notifications). Where the App offers an in-app control, you can use that as well. Turning notifications off stops future push notifications to that device. It does not delete your account or your other data.
Notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. Google processes the device token and delivery data under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. We use that data only to send notifications you have allowed.
We do not sell notification data, and we do not use the notification permission to access information stored in other apps.

Any user may report suspicious photos or profiles using the in-app reporting tools. We review reports and may remove content, suspend or delete accounts, or take other action where warranted. We do not guarantee action on every report, but we do investigate each one in good faith.
The App uses third-party analytics and crash-reporting tools (such as Google Firebase / Google Analytics) to help us understand usage patterns, improve performance, and fix issues. These services collect usage data and technical logs but do not identify you personally. If you allow notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging is used to deliver them. These third parties have their own privacy policies and terms which govern their use of your data.
